DELIVERY AND TRACKING
When will I receive my order?
Our products are sourced from all over the world and shipped from our global partners in Asia, United States and Europe.
Depending what you have ordered, it might take 10-20 working days for your items to arrive. However, you will be able to track you order once it has been shipped. Due to Covid-19 there may be delays and I do apologies for any inconveniences.
If you do not receive a tracking number, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with one.
We cannot sent to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
How much will I pay for shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide!
How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will assist you.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.
Do you deliver orders to my country?
We deliver to the majority of countries around the world. If there are any issues, we will contact you directly.
Are all of the products in my order sent together?
Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.
Where are your products delivered from?
Our products are manufactured and sent from all over the world. The majority are delivered from Asia to give you the best possible prices, whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Puzzles of Wood does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Puzzles of Wood, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
